Bulwark

Bulwark is a Plotted development project in Bangalore. The challenging aspect of this design was the presence of ‘Kharab Land’ on the project site. A green oasis for the community's use was intended to be created on the Kharab land. With the landscape intervention, the ‘Kharab Land’ in between the plots is transformed into a mesmerizing landscape, which in turn adds ecological and social value to the seemingly unproductive patch of land.
